Problems with install, by Administrator Account(admin), Sat Jan 14 22:11:54 2012

Problems with installing seems to be where the ( images ) and ( HTML ) and (Media ) file go After the install,even though I've put the 3 folders in various places,news.cgi can't find the images on any of the pages.do they also need to be chmoded as well..? I really like the look of this app..but can't seem to get that part working...
